Elmo is a member of the Void Community and part of Nocturne's gang. He can often be seen hanging out with Joaquel and is even in a band with him, Pinky and Eon. They perform their song "All Night Fever" at the Red Lotus Metropolis.

Elmo is a young kid who is part of the Void Community because he thinks being "bad" is cool. His innate innocence, however, means he does not really fit in. He is a cheerful, friendly kid who is unselfishly devoted to those whom he respects.
