- Complete Beasts by the Bridge in Dorse-Adien.
- Talk to Elef about blueprints.
- Talk to Virginia in Peaceful Pony Inn to retrieve blueprints.
- Return to Elef in Dorse-Aidien by the bridge.
- After being promoted to Lieutenant go to Peaceful Pony Inn, in the Diner around 12:30, and you will recruit Elef as well as Hip and Ryan.
